This is a ‘mental’ fitness blog…where you’ll find ways to help you harness the power of your mind to keep you motivated along your journey. We’ll discuss and practice training yourself to think the way you want to think (you’ll see!).
Ultimately, this blog will be about personal transformation: your body and mind are intimately and inextricably linked. The transformation you create in your body will parallel transformations in the rest of your life.
